About Residential Mortgage LLC

 Residential Mrtgage LLC, a full service Home Mortgage Company, opened it's doors in August of 1998. The main Anchorage branch was initially located in the New York Live building at 1400 West Benson. Quickly additional branches were opened throughout the state. Currently we have branches in Fairbanks, Wasilla, Kenai, Kodiak, Juneau, plus several joint ventures with real estate companies throughout Anchorage.

The formation of our company was initially organized by Roger Aldrich, a longtime veteran in the local mortgage industry. He started the company from the ground up with only 20 employees. That number grew to over 60 in barely three months. Still within its the first year of existence Residential Mortgage LLC became the number one mortgage company in Alaska and has claimed that spot year after year. No wonder our company slogan is: “The Best People make the Best Company”. Our customers can always count on the very best service in the industry at competitive rates and fees.

In January 2005 Residential Mortgage LLC was ready for a couple additional mile stones, the merger with Pacific Alaska Mortgage and the joint move to a new building. With the merger with Pacific Alaska Mortgage Roger Aldrich also re-joined leadership with his longtime friend and previous business partner, George Porter. Both of them are longtime Alaskan residents dating back to their military service time. The combination of Roger and George talent’s and that of their employees resulted in an exciting new energy.

The timing of the merger coincided with the completion of our own new building. Our main office in Anchorage is now located at 100 Calais Drive between "A" Street and Denali by Benson Blvd. It is a beautiful and spacious three story building with state of the art technologies built in and room to grow so we can continuously deliver top notch service to our customers.
